As time goes on, I notice that I am more “meh” about animes than I was about four years ago. To the point that nowadays I see fanart for shows I have no clue about (who’s that butler who looks remarkably like Riley?, etc.) In short, the anime scene isn’t really for me, although some shows look awesome/cute enough to win me over whenever I decide to start downloading/renting stuff again.

However, as I house-sat for *DekeNicki this week, I got reacquainted with Gankutsuou. I remember watching this like crazy back in 2004 and seeing the episodes again, I realize what a great show it was! So much that I bought myself a shiny new copy of “The Count of Monte Cristo”!

In celebration of this rediscovery, I decided to do a feature for my top fav animes and some excellent fanart I’ve discovered!
