Bad News for Paris Trip

Yeah…I don’t think I can afford to go. $3,000 might not be bad for all the stuff I want to do, but it’s a bit beyond me at this point. Unless I can find cheaper accommodations or something , I might have to put this in my “travel here once I have money” list of destinations.

That said…anyone have any ideas on less expensive places to go? Or cheaper ways to do Paris/France? I really do need to go on another vacation this year, only I can't figure out where I want to go!

I'm looking at a website called Flight Centre (that's where I got that number) but there IS an American counterpart of the same company!

The website's not as involved, so you have to call them, but how drastic can the difference be if they're the same company, right??

Well...I see that going to brussels is not expensive at all (not expensive = $1,200 for flight and hotel) so I might do that...or Amsterdam or Germany or Switzerland! Or maybe no go anywhere this year!

Hmmmmmmmmm, I wouldn't do Amsterdam if I were you - since pot is illegal, most Americans are pinned as being there just to smoke pot... But Brussels sounds like a lot of fun! *whines* I wish we could go to Israel! It was so inexpensive!!! :C :C :C :C :C :C

Hmmm... but yeah, look around Europe, I think you'll find something doable
